Refund policy


You have 30 days after delivery of an item to return it*. If your order was delivered more than 30 days ago, your item cannot be returned under any circumstances. * Exceptions apply, see below.

Return conditions

To be authorized, your return must meet all of these conditions:

  • Mint condition, perfect, resalable and never used
  • Has never been assembled , fully or partially (applies to items that require assembly)
  • In its original packaging. No returns will be accepted in packaging that is not original, or if the original packaging is not in the same condition as when received. (torn box, missing wrapping paper, etc.)
  • Include all original parts , including instructions and hardware.
  • Your return must be sent within the specified time limit. Once your return request has been authorized, we will tell you how long you have to return your item.

Important information

  • You are responsible for arranging the return and paying for the cost of returning your item.
  • If you paid shipping charges at the time of purchase, these original shipping charges will not be refunded to you.
  • If you have benefited from free delivery at the time of your purchase , a restocking fee of 20% (+ taxes) of the item returned will be deducted from your refund.
  • SOSOMIMI is free to accept or refuse a return if it does not comply with all of these return conditions.
  • In the event of a return that does not comply with these conditions, your item will be returned to you at your expense OR your item will be donated to a local charity and 25 % of the item price will be refunded OR 50% of the item value will be refunded to you in the form of a credit.

Procedure for making a return

  1. Make sure that all the above mentioned return conditions are met.
  2. Send an email to with "Return" in the subject line.
  3. Our customer experience team will analyze your return request and confirm if it is accepted by email, along with return instructions.
  4. Since we take every precaution to keep our employees and customers healthy, we will need more time to process your return than usual. Please allow up to 20 business days for your return to be received, quarantined for a few days, and then inspect, process and refund. We sincerely appreciate your patience in these complicated times.

Exceptions - Items which cannot be returned

  • Items sold for pre-order
  • Items sold at 50% off or more
  • Items offered for free as part of a collaboration or a contest
  • Items that have already been assembled, partially or fully
